Your prices are a lot lower than everyone else, does that mean you offer less?
Definitely not. We offer more than other operators, in terms of filming locations visited. We just decided to charge you less.
How many passengers can I expect on my tour?
Our usual tour vans seat up to 11. In summer we occasionally operate with 2 vans on tour.
Do you still run tours in bad weather?
We sure do! Operating rain or shine so don’t worry about your tour being cancelled because of a little rain. We’ll simply enjoy the atmosphere of all those clouds - a raincoat is recommended on less than sun-filled days.
What shoes do I need to wear?
There is a moderate amount of walking involved, some paths are steep, uneven or slippery. We recommend comfortable flat shoes.
Can I still come on the tour with limited mobility?
This completely depends on your limitations. You do need to be able to get in and out of the van and our tours do involve walking and standing for periods of time. Some parts of our Wellington Movie Tour may be unsuitable for people who have difficulty walking on hilly or uneven ground. We leave it to you to decide your capability.
We are unfortunately unable to take wheelchairs in our vehicles also.
I’m a vegetarian. Can I still get the included lunch?
Of course! Just let us know any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking. We pre-order your lunch so we can easily accommodate you if we know in advance.
We hope that’s answered your queries. Please contact us if there is anything further you wish to find out about our tours.
